MS LifeLines® is committed to making sure cost is not a barrier to helping you successfully start and stay on Rebif as prescribed. That's why we offer a broad range of comprehensive financial assistance programs for eligible people living with relapsing multiple sclerosis, and why we continue to enhance these programs to meet your individual needs.
You may be eligible for $0 co-pay
The MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program can offer $0 co-pay for those who are eligible and have insurance or co-insurance. Or, you can get 1 year of Rebif free if you’re eligible and don’t have insurance or are underinsured.
To see if you're eligible for the program, call 1-877-447-3243, toll-free, to speak with an MS LifeLines Financial Support Specialist, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET and Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
The Financial Support Specialist will help you understand your health insurance coverage and options, and may also discuss other available assistance programs.
This program is open to any of the following US residents:
- Starting Rebif therapy
- Presently taking Rebif therapy
Some limitations are required by law:
Any eligible person with relapsing MS starting or restarting Rebif therapy can be enrolled in this program. People currently on Rebif therapy can call MS LifeLines to determine eligibility. If you are presently receiving co-pay assistance under the MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program, you will be automatically converted to $0 co-pay.
Pursuant to a letter issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services dated 10/30/2013, qualified health plans (QHPs) are not considered federal healthcare programs. As such, members of QHPs are eligible to receive co-pay assistance through the MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program. EMD Serono reserves the right to change or discontinue co-pay assistance for QHPs at any time.

Before the year ends, MS LifeLines will assess your eligibility for further assistance and help you continue to receive Rebif at the lowest cost available.
The MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program continues to provide medication at no cost to people with no insurance or insufficient drug coverage, without financial eligibility requirements.
Getting started is easy
Enrollment into the MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program requires no application process or additional paperwork—it is automatic when your first Rebif prescription is sent to MS LifeLines. Most eligible people will be informed of the program through MS LifeLines once their doctor submits their prescription to MS LifeLines.
If you are presently taking Rebif and are not enrolled in MS LifeLines Access Made Simple, you may be eligible to get Rebif for $0 co-pay for as long as the program is offered. Call MS LifeLines and speak with a member of the Financial Support Team to determine your eligibility.†

If you are taking Rebif, you may be eligible for $0 co-pay for as long as MS LifeLines Access Made Simple is offered and you remain eligible. Call MS LifeLines to inquire about your eligibility.†
If you are not eligible for the enhanced MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program and need assistance affording Rebif, MS LifeLines may be able to help. Though MS LifeLines cannot guarantee that you will receive insurance coverage or reimbursement for your therapy cost, the Financial Support Team will focus on conducting a thorough review of your situation to determine eligibility for an MS LifeLines assistance program or will refer you to the appropriate state or federal program.
What if I am not eligible for the program?
Even if you are not eligible for MS LifeLines Access Made Simple, MS LifeLines is still here to assist and support you throughout the course of your treatment. Our Financial Support Team can answer questions on topics including enrollment, benefits, cost, and prior authorization requirements. The team will also help you with Medicare prescription drug coverage. If you are still having financial difficulties, the Financial Support Team will help you apply to a patient assistance program. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
