How to get started on MS LifeLines Access Made Simple

The MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program is subject to change and discontinuation at any time.

This program is open to any of the following U.S. residents who have a relapsing form of MS:

  • Newly starting Rebif.
  • Restarting Rebif after 90 days.
  • Presently taking Rebif therapy.

Some limitations are required by law:

  • Patients residing in certain states, as well as patients covered by federal and state health care programs, are not eligible for assistance.

Getting started is easy

Joining the MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program requires no application or additional paperwork. Most people will be enrolled in the program automatically once their doctor submits their prescription to MS LifeLines. Even better, there are no additional up-front costs or reimbursement paperwork—we will take care of everything and have Rebif shipped directly to you.

If you are presently taking Rebif and are not enrolled in MS LifeLines Access Made Simple, you may be eligible to get Rebif for no more than $50 per month for as long as the program is offered. Call MS LifeLines and speak with a Reimbursement Specialist to determine your eligibility.

How do I apply for MS LifeLines Access Made Simple?

Getting started with MS LifeLines Access Made Simple is easy.

Joining the MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program requires no application process or additional paperwork. If you are new to Rebif therapy or are restarting Rebif therapy after 90 days, you will be automatically enrolled once your doctor submits your Rebif prescription to MS LifeLines.

If you are currently enrolled in MS LifeLines Access Made Simple and receiving co-pay assistance, you will also be automatically enrolled in the “enhanced” program so your benefits are no longer limited to one year. You will be enrolled as long as the program is offered and you remain eligible. MS LifeLines will mail a letter before your membership expires letting you know that you will no longer need to fill out an application.

If you are presently taking Rebif and are not enrolled in MS LifeLines Access Made Simple, you may be eligible to pay no more than $50 per month for Rebif for as long as the program is offered. Please call MS LifeLines and speak with a Reimbursement Specialist to determine your eligibility.

If I am already taking Rebif, am I eligible for MS LifeLines Access Made Simple?

With recent program enhancements, if you are taking Rebif, you may now be eligible to pay no more than $50 per month for as long as MS LifeLines Access Made Simple is offered and you remain eligible. Call MS LifeLines to inquire about your eligibility.

If you are not eligible for the enhanced MS LifeLines Access Made Simple program and need assistance affording Rebif, MS LifeLines may be able to help. Though MS LifeLines cannot guarantee that you will receive insurance coverage or reimbursement for your therapy cost, the Reimbursement Specialists will focus on conducting a thorough review of your situation to determine eligibility for an MS LifeLines assistance program, or they will refer you to the appropriate state or federal program.

What if I am not eligible for the program?

Even if you are not eligible for MS LifeLines Access Made Simple, MS LifeLines is still here to assist and support you throughout the course of your treatment. Our Reimbursement Specialists can answer questions on topics including enrollment, benefits, cost and prior authorization requirements. They will also help you with Medicare prescription drug coverage. If you are still having financial difficulties, Reimbursement Specialists will help you apply to a patient assistance program. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
