Welcome Kit

Soon after your doctor prescribes Rebif® (interferon beta-1a) to treat your relapsing multiple sclerosis, you can expect to receive your Rebif Welcome Kit in the mail. This kit, which provides you with educational support information to help you start and stay on Rebif as prescribed, includes the following:

  • Welcome brochure
Provides you with an overview of Rebif, what you may expect and why it's important to take Rebif as prescribed by your doctor, and tips on how you can make Rebif therapy a part of your life.
  • Getting Started brochure and Prep Mat
Offers an illustrated step-by-step guide for use for the Rebif prefilled syringe and the Rebiject II® auto-injector. The preparation mat offers easy-to-follow, numbered steps to accompany the use of either the Rebif prefilled syringe or the Rebiject II auto-injector.
  • Medication Guide
People taking Rebif should read the Medication Guide (PDF) carefully before starting Rebif and each time a prescription is filled. It is also important to talk to your doctor or health care professional on a regular basis.
  • Treatment Journal
It's helpful to keep track of your injection schedule and injection sites when taking Rebif. To help you stay on track, your Rebif Welcome Kit includes a treatment journal. The journal contains information and tips to help you with your treatment, along with weekly tracking pages that enable you to monitor a month's worth of injections. Once you have completed your initial treatment journal, you can refill your journal with new pages by simply visiting this website to download more pages for your treatment journal.
