Your MS LifeLines Program

By choosing Rebif® (interferon beta-1a), you and your doctor have taken an important step in treating your relapsing MS. It's the first step in your journey with Rebif, and with that in mind we've created Your MS LifeLines. This personalized communications program is designed to help you know what you might expect, from week to week and month to month, during your first two years on Rebif. Your MS LifeLines provides tips and support to help you live well with your relapsing MS.

This program is specifically designed to support people who are new to Rebif, providing support at times when they need it. People who are new to Rebif can enroll simply by returning the business reply card enclosed in their Rebif Welcome Kit or by calling MS LifeLines® at 1-877-447-3243 to be enrolled in the program. Customer support specialists are available to help you Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 10 PM ET and weekends from 9 AM to 5 PM ET.

The Your MS LifeLines program includes:

  • Communications sent via mail or email, depending on your preference, that provide tips and information about living with relapsing MS and taking Rebif.
  • Each communication from Your MS LifeLines will include a link to a personalized web page. Your personalized page will include helpful information such as tips, videos providing education and encouragement from health care professionals and MS LifeLines Ambassadors, relevant articles and inspiring interviews—all designed with your journey in mind. New content will be posted on this personal web page for you throughout the year.

The most common side effects with Rebif are injection-site reactions, flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, muscle aches, tiredness), depression, abdominal pain, increased liver enzymes, and blood cell count decreases.

Please see important safety information below and the Rebif Medication Guide and Prescribing Information at the top of this website, and speak with your health care professional for more information.
